Ripple Junction makes world-famous graphic t-shirts and apparel for the best licenses in the business. Our retail partners include places you love to shop, like Hot Topic, Urban Outfitters, Spencers, Target, and Thinkgeek. We’ve just recently launched our own amazing online retail store at RippleJunction.com and plan on taking over the world. We started in a van.

We are currently seeking a Freelance Product Photographer to assist our Ecommerce Team. We are looking for skilled candidates who can efficiently and professionally photograph our growing catalog of pop culture apparel and products. This is an in-house position, using our studio set-up on site in West Chester, Ohio.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working on their toes, both with existing catalog photography projects as well as fulfilling photo needs on a tight deadline. Knowledge of our licenses (DBZ, Rick and Morty, Big Lebowski, etc.) and brand isn’t required, but is certainly preferred. This is the perfect opportunity for recent college grads or folks looking to build a portfolio.

Our Expectations for you:

• Produce a steady flow of product photographs

• Deliver photographs that are of consistent quality and in-line with Ecomm specifications

• Work with E-comm team to prioritize and schedule photography projects 

• Have an obsessive and artful attention to detail

• Adhere to strict deadlines

• Be a good communicator and be friendly

• Organize all your work

• Make suggestions on how we can improve our product photography projects

• Be comfortable with other photography tasks that we may ask of you 

What we require from you:

• Experience with product photography set-ups and an understanding of apparel photography

• Skilled in Lightroom/Photoshop

• Shooting with a Canon DSLR or willing to use your own camera

• Strong technical skill and a creative eye for photography

• An understanding of how to follow style guides as well as Ecomm specifications for photographs

• Experience in retail or catalog photography a plus

• Experience retouching photographs is a plus

• Have a good ‘tude. Enjoy fun. No downers.
