About Us

RealPage, Inc. is a web-based property management software solutions company that enables multifamily rental properties to manage their marketing, pricing, screening, leasing, accounting, purchasing, utilities and other property operations.

Your Role

We are looking for creative and organized photographers, or individuals looking to break into the photography world, who wish to gain experience working as a freelance photographer. This is an entry-level position and is not suitable for established/high-end photographers. Photographers will capture exterior imagery of apartment complexes, senior facilities, and storage business fronts for market research.

Responsibilities include:

• Use of personal car and personal photography equipment (DSLR, no older than 10 years, and wide angle lens)
• Photograph a single image of the front of various apartment complexes, storage facilities, and senior care facilities
• Provide some simple information about the properties and images
• Upload unedited photographs to our photo team in a timely manner, we’ll take care of the rest

Requirements

• Must own professional equipment including but not limited to: HDSLR/DSLR camera, sharp wide angle lens (12mm on cropped sensor, 18mm of full)
• Smart phone with a data plan
• Detail oriented and organized
• Current and valid driver's license, liability insurance (if required by your state)
• Reliable personal transportation (your car or permission to use someone else's car)
• Live locally
