Description
I. SUMMARY STATEMENT
The Coordinator, Photos will manage the daily workflow of pictures coming in from multiple vendors (via email, FTP and cloud based storage). The coordinator will be responsible for basic photo editing, and uploading and classifying photos across all of Choice's distribution channels. The Coordinator, Photos is responsible for reviewing the quality and content of all photographs submitted by vendors to Choice, and ensuring that all photos are of the highest quality possible and adhere to all Choice guidelines.

III. PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Duties and accountabilities
Photo Management
Download photos from various intake sources (email, FTP, cloud storage).
Conduct basic photo editing in Photoshop, such as cropping, basic retouching, exposure, and color adjustments.
Classify and upload photos into Choices content management system and Leonardo for third party image distribution.
Ensures that photos are kept in good order and organized accordingly.
Maintains standards of quality and service levels.
Ensures tickets are resolved within SLA.
Ensures regular proactive status communication with requestor.
Serve as the intake point for questions about hotel photography.
Quality Assurance
Review and selects best photos per Choices photography guidelines.
Follows quality assurance standards across multiple brands.
Serve as key contributor to discussions around hotel photography standards and guidelines.
Knowledge Base Management
Partner with training functions to ensure accuracy of team knowledge bases.
Documents and communicates technical, content and compliance changes or issues within specific channels.
IV. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Education, Experience and Knowledge
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
One year of working in a customer service/customer-facing capacity is highly preferred
Skills
Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom including cropping, basic retouching, exposure and color adjustments
Experience with Leonardo is highly preferred
Proficient in the use of MS Office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Attentive to details
Working knowledge of FTP and cloud uploading
Ability to follow strict QA guidelines and be able to identify problems
Solid organizational, planning, and prioritizing skills
Verbal, written and listening communication skills
