We are seeking outgoing, team-oriented individuals with strong customer service and problem-solving skills to join our Lifetouch National School Studios Inc. Yearbook Candid Photographer team.
From our office located in Bensalem PA, we service colleges throughout the New England area.
Job Responsibilities
- In this role, you will photograph college sports (team’s action and individuals) group photos and special events while working in a wide variety of outdoor/indoor settings and weather conditions.
- You will capture high-quality images through a variety of photography techniques and will ensure a great customer experience with an adaptable, “can-do' attitude. Photograph college special event, sports teams and action
- Provide on-site troubleshooting and remain on schedule while maintaining a positive and professional attitude
- Photograph large and small groups indoors and outdoors
- Work both independently and as part of a broader team to achieve a high level of effectiveness
Job Requirements
Yearbook Candid Photographer (Freelance)
Education & Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent required, 1+ years of prior work experience strongly preferred
- Valid driver’s license as well as reliable, insured and registered transportation
- Consistent access to email and internet
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with kids of all ages
- Professional demeanor with strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Flexible with the ability to adapt to a wide variety of settings, weather conditions and situations
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Proven track record of reliability and punctuality
- Must have own digital camera equipment capable of photographing sports
- Portfolio of work available at interview
- Must be able to work weekends and some weeknights and own a reliable vehicle. Prior sports action, team and special event photography experience required. We are always trying to find people with that great “eye' for photography!
