Description:
Miami’s Sports Radio 560 WQAM is looking for talented photographers to support its South Florida High School Sports department. This individual will take high-resolution photos from both live and non-live sporting events then scan through the images to choose the best photo(s) for publication. Editing photos with their own photo-enhancing software. Working as a member of a virtual newsroom, completing photo assignments at the assigned deadline.
Qualifications:
Technical
* Provide own camera/lens equipment
* Provide own computer and software
* Ability to utilize social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, etc.)
* Ability/experience shooting sporting events
* Ability to edit and/or enhance photos using photo editing software
Travel
* Valid, state-issued driver’s license
* Capable of travelling to local games (up to 40 miles)
