Our busy Communications office is seeking a Freelance Photographer to work with BAYADA’s in-house Multimedia Specialists to produce photographs for marketing and recruiting communications that help position BAYADA Home Health Care as the employer and provider of choice.

• Be on location in homes, offices, or event sites for client and employee photo shoots.
• Produce content for various types of multimedia deliverables including print (brochures, flyers, and postcards); digital (websites, digital advertising, e-newsletters); and for events.
• Deliver raw, unedited /photography content to the in-house BAYADA multimedia team within a week of the shoot.
• Demonstrate and communicate the core values of BAYADA and The BAYADA Way.
• Work collaboratively with the in-house manager of multimedia development and production to create high-quality photographs that adhere to brand standards.
• Work collaboratively with Communications managers or team members (eg, graphic designers, copywriters) to interpret project needs and develop creative solutions that suit the purpose and objective of the audience and enhance the BAYADA brand image.
• Execute projects and produce high-quality results on time and on budget that meet brand standards and industry best practices.

• Exemplifies characteristics of The BAYADA Way: compassion, excellence, and reliability.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in communications, marketing and advertising.
• Has a comprehensive portfolio of work for review.
• Strong creative and design skills.
• Expertise in photography editing software including Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficiency in operating photography equipment.
• Knowledge of traditional and digital media.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams on projects.
• Ability to prioritize projects, multi-task, and meet aggressive deadlines.
• Demonstrated record of strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to travel throughout Oahu for specific photo shoots.
• Fixed price bids on jobs preferred over hourly rates.
